At the outset, counsel for the petitioner states that although this petition has been filed to direct respondnts No.1 to 3 to assist in getting physical possession of the mortgaged properties mentioned in 119 2 nove PHC coo CWP-7200-2025 Schedule A & B on page four of the paper-book, but insofar property detailed in Schedule A is concerned, its possession has been taken and it has been sold in auction. He states that insofar as this property is concerned, petition has become
