The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to restore his electricity connection bearing account No.6227095124. 2. This is second round of litigation. The petitioner on an earlier occasion approached this Court by way of CWP-9279-2026 which vide order dated 27.03.2026 was disposed of with a direction to respondents to pass fresh order qua penalty for excessive load in the light of judgment of this Court in CWP-35731-2025. Despite order of this Court, the respondents have not passed fresh assessment order.
