GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.04, dated 10.01.2023, under Sections 326, 323, 34 of IPC and offence under Section 201 of IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 24.11.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident.
