During the course of hearing, the parties have agreed to resolve their all outstanding disputes in the following terms: (i) It is agreed that the respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.33,00,000/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement of all the outstanding claims of the petitioner. (ii) Out of the aforesaid amount, a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- shall be paid on or before 20th June, 2026. (iii) A sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each shall be paid on the 1st day of July, August, September and October 2026 respectively, and the remaining amount of Rs.3,00,000/- shall be paid on 1st November, 2026. (v) It is agreed that in the event of any default or delay in making the aforesaid payments, the aforesaid settlement/undertaking between the parties shall stand nullified and the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
