(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.68 dated 27.08.2025 registered under Section 108 BNS, 2023 (Section 306 IPC) registered at Police Station Jaurkian, District Mansa. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Taking the allegations to be correct, no offence under Section 108 BNS (Section 306 IPC) is made out. Two co-accused of the petitioner, namely, Sukhpreet Kaur and Harpal Singh alias Jugni have been granted the concession of interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.11.2025 (Annexure P-2).
