The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in accordance with the instructions dated 27.05.1993 issued by the Government of Haryana (P-1) and to implement the orders dated 04.01.2001 passed by this Court (P-7). 2. This Court vide order dated 16.02.2026 directed that respondents No.4 to 7, who are still unserved, to be served by way of dasti process only and for that purpose, learned counsel for the petitioner was required to deposit process fee. However, as per office report dated 11.02.2026, it is evident that dasti notices could not be issued to the above-said respondent as the process fee was not deposited.
