This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of GD No.44, dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 115(2), 191(3), 190, 351(2) BNS, registered at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka in FIR No.86, dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure P-2), registered at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 31.01.2026 (Annexure P-3). 2. During the pendency of the dispute, the parties have compromised the matter and filed the present petition for quashing of FIR. 3.
