The present Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se parties, arising out of the Facility Agreement dated 30.12.20232. 2. The said Agreement contains an Arbitration Clause, being Clause 20, which reads as under: “20. ARBITRATION AND JURISDICTION 20.1 Any and all disputes, claims, differences arising out of or in connection with this Agreement and the Schedule/s attached hereto or the performance of this Agreement shall be settled by arbitration to be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by BIZLOAN and the award thereupon shall be binding upon the Parties to this Agreement.
