GREWAL, J (Oral): The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.177, dated 11.03.2024, under Sections 148, 149, 308, 323, 324, 427, 452 and 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal (Annexure P- 1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 14.06.2024 (Annexure P-3). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident. It is submitted that the dispute between the parties has now been resolved and with the intervention of the respectables of the Society, the matter has indeed been compromised.
