Present third petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.39, dated 13.03.2021, under Sections 302, 328, 379, 411 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station E-Division, Amritsar. 2. Petitioner and his co-accused Gurdas Singh gave laddoos to deceased- Piara Singh, which were poisonous. During investigation, grave, specific and clear evidence was collected to the effect that petitioner alongwith co-accused had approached the complainant and her husband, gained their confidence and facilitated the administration of poisonous prasad to the deceased, which ultimately led to his death.
