The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 22.08.2008 (Annexure P-7), passed by respondent No.5, whereby punishment of stoppage of three annual increments has been imposed upon the petitioner. Further, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to release the pensionary benefits of the petitioner including gratuity, pension, leave encashment, salary of the suspension period, traveling allowances and increment upto year 2018. 2. After arguing the case for sometime and realizing that this Court is not inclined to interfere for quashing the order dated 22.08.2008 (Annexure P-7), whereby three annual increments of the petitioner were stopped, at this belated stage, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with
