Present Civil Revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 27.01.2023 (Annexure P-12) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda, whereby application (Annexure P-10) filed by the petitioner/defendant No.2 for consolidation of two suits i.e. CS-304-2017 and CS-679-2018 between the same parties and regarding the same property has been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the present civil revision petition has been rendered infructuous, since both the aforesaid suits filed by the respondent No.1 stands dismissed by the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda, vide separate orders dated 24.10.2025. Copy of the said orders have been submitted in the Court today, which are taken on record. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
