In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 20.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP-111-2019 by which, the writ petition filed by the respondents herein against the senior citizen i.e. appellant-herein, has been allowed. 2. After arguing for some time, learned Senior counsel for the appellant submits that as the learned Single Judge has treated the issue to be a family settlement, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to avail an appropriate remedy before the Civil Court. 3.
