Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to submit the final report under Section 193 of the BNSS in case No. CHI-819 of 2023, arising out of FIR No.0319 dated 01.12.2022, registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC at Police Station Dadri City, District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana, which is stated to be pending for 24.07.2026 before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri. 2. On instructions from ASI Devender, learned State counsel submits that the challan/final report has already been prepared and the same shall be presented before the Court concerned shortly. 3.
