(Oral): A perusal of record shows that the offence, allegedly committed by the petitioner, i.e. the offence under Sections 316(4) and 323 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, is compoundable offence. In view of above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court for compounding of offence. Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, the learned trial Court is directed that as and when the abovementioned application seeking for compounding of offence is filed, the same be disposed of within a period of one week.
