For the sake of convenience and clarity, parties shall be referred to as per their original status. 3. The plaintiff (Smt. Parbha Mishra) instituted a suit for mandatory injunction. It was claimed that she was the owner of House No.295, Sector 15-A, Faridabad (hereinafter to as ‘the suit prop
