Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits including Leave Encashment and Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity to the petitioner along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of retirement till its actual payment.
