Sector-7 Panchkula, District Panchkula. 2. Brief facts of the prosecution case are that on 21.04.2026, after compliance with Section 42 of the NDPS Act, a police team headed by ASI Pardeep Kumar apprehended accused Abhay Sharma on the basis of secret information that he was habitually involved in dealing with narcotic substances. A notice under Section 50 of the NDPS Act was served upon the accused, and his personal search was conducted in the presence of Sh. Sunil Silley, AETO, during which 1 kg and 154 grams of charas was recovered from his possession. The accused failed to produce any valid licence
