Present petition has been filed seeking grant of interim bail to the petitioner for a period of 15 days from 08.05.2026 to 23.05.2026 in case FIR No.561 dated 16.08.2024 under Sections 103(1), 115, 117(2), 118(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 329(3) of BNS, registered at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa. 2. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the marriage of petitioner’s niece and nephew is fixed for 13.05.2026 and 14.05.2026 and petitioner is the only maternal uncle of both of them and thus, to perform the marriage ceremonies, his presence is very much required.
