(ORAL) Present appeal has been preferred by injured appellant- claimant being aggrieved by the impugned award dated 06.09.2019, passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Rohtak (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’) vide which compensation of Rs.15,00,000/- was awarded on account injuries suffered by him in motor vehicular accident dated 11.01.2017, caused due to the rash and negligent driving of respondent No.1 while driving Truck bearing registration No.HR-69B/5254. 2.
