The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ or order or direction, specially writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing/setting aside the impugned transfer order No. 01/46/2023-IFS dated 24.07.2025 whereby the Petitioner is a 60% Blind/Low Vision, the petitioner has been transferred from Faridabad to Narnaul the one side distance 180 km from Faridabad to Narnaul which is gross violation of the Rights of Persons with disabilities Act, 2016, which is illegal, arbitrary and against the natural justice. 2.
