(ORAL) KKK The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 14.05.2026 (P-2) and further not to transfer the petitioner from the office of the Divisional Wildlife Protection Officer, Hisar to office of Wildlife Protection Inspector Jind in place of respondent No.5. Brief Facts The petitioner, a Group-D employee in the Forest and Wildlife Department, initially joined service on daily-wage basis on 10.04.1991. After termination of his services in the year 1994, he succeeded before the Labour Court vide Award dated 20.11.1997 and was reinstated in service. While serving in the office of the Divisional Wildlife Protection Officer, Hisar, the petitioner was transferred to the office of Wildlife Protect
