Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of selection list dated 17.04.2026 (Annexure P-1) whereby names of the candidates who already stand selected vide earlier selection list are being reflected again in the selection list dated 17.04.2026 for the recruitment of 5994 ETT Teachers, thereby depriving the petitioners of their legitimate claim of selection. Further prayer has been made for restraining the respondents from issuing any appointment letters in pursuance to provisional selection list dated 17.04.2026 during the pendency of the writ petition. 2.
