(Oral) Petitioners-Bhajan Lal and Yunesh Kumar @ Kalu have filed the instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.421 dated 23.11.2025 under Sections 305, 331(3) of BNS, 2023 (Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023 added later on), registered at Police Station Hisar Civil Lines, District Hisar. 2. From the house of complainant-Nand Lal Chhabra, allegedly an amount of Rs.80 Lakhs was stolen which later on was recovered from a car. During investigation, about source of such huge amount of Rs.80 Lakhs, complainant disclosed that this amount has been sent to him by Shri Ranbir Gangua, MLA, with whom he and his sister Pushpa (deceased) were having business dealings.
