In this writ petition, the petitioner-Institute has essentially prayed for the issuance of appropriate directions to the respondents to permit the petitioner to commence the nursing course for the Academic Session 2025-26. 2. The writ petition appears to have been filed after the last date for admission had expired. Various objections were also raised on behalf of the respondents, which have been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. We are, however, not inclined to go into all those factual issues, since no relief can be granted for the current Academic Session, and the petitioner-Institute will have to apply afresh for the next Academic Session.
