The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 64 dated 06.09.2023, under Sections 279/337/338/427 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Rampura District Bathinda, Punjab and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
