Upon scrutiny, the Registry raised certain objections on 23.01.2026, which remained unattended and were never removed by the learned counsel concerned. 2. In terms of Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V of the Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, any petition on which objections are raised by the Registry is required to be taken back by the counsel/party concerned for removal of objections and re-filing within the prescribed period. In the present case, the file was never taken back for re-filing despite repeated notes published by the Registry from time to time. 3.
