AMIT RANA 2026.05.29 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgement/order CRM M-31230-2026 2 that Manjinder Singh @ Sonu similarly placed co-accused has already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel has vehemently opposed the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that there are serious allegations against the petitioner and the petitioner is not entitled for the concession of anticipatory bail. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the present case, 50 kgs of poppy husk was recovered from Jaspal Singh alias Jassa and Jasvir Singh alias Daddi and both the co-accused have been granted the concession of bail by this Court. The petitioner has been nominated as an accused on the basis of the statement suffered by her co-accused and the admissibility of such statement is yet to be decided by the Court. In the considered opinion of the Court, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be required. 6.
