It transpires that an offer letter has been issued to the petitioner in terms of the directions contained in the judgment dated 16.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 938/2025 &other connected matters. 2. The same is acceded to by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, it is submitted that the seniority of the said petitioner remains to be fixed in terms of the directions contained in Paragraph 19(iv) of the aforesaid judgment dated 16.10.2025. The said paragraph, inter alia, contemplates as under: “...............They shall be entitled to be treated as appointed to the concerned posts with other candidates who have been so appointed pursuant to Advertisement 03/2023, along with continuity of service and all other benefits, except back wages.” 3. Mr. Digvijay Rai, assures and undertakes that the seniority list that would be issued in due course, would appropriately reflect the seniority of the petitioner in terms of the aforesaid directions.
