Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was granted regular bail vide order dated 10.10.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajpura. However, during trial proceedings, the petitioner could not appear before the trial Court on 04.11.2024 and subsequently, he was declared as proclaimed offender vide order dated 30.09.2025 passed by the trial Court.
