Status report already filed on behalf of the respondent- State is taken on record. State counsel by referring to the status report contends that the trial has already concluded and all the petitioners except petitioner No.6 stands acquitted by the trial Court in the aforesaid FIR and petitioner No.6 is absconding in the present FIR.
