(Oral) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release all admissible service/death/retiral benefits of deceased husband of the petitioner along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of death till date of payment. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the husband of the petitioner expired on 09.02.2024 and till date no retiral benefits have been released to the petitioner.
