Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNSS’), prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.774 dated 23.11.2025 registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115, 351(2) and 109(1) (added later on) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’) at Police Station Sector 10, District Gurugram. 2. Briefly stated, allegations against the petitioner are that he was a part of an unlawful assembly, which attacked upon the complainant and gave him beatings with sticks, axes and bricks. Petitioner has been nominated as accused in the present case on the basis of disclosure statement made by co- accused, namely, Rohit Raghav.
