In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of discharge dated 06.01.2011 (Annexure P-3) passed by the respondent authorities. Petitioner has also challenged the order dated 08.02.2023 (Annexure P-10), whereby the case of the petitioner for re- enrolment has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner along with one Anil Kumar was discharged by the respondents. The said Anil Kumar filed CWP-32067-2025 in this Court, which was decided in his favour vide order dated 31.10.2025. Counsel further submits that after the passing of the aforesaid order dated 31.10.2025 in the case of Anil Kumar, the petitioner has served a legal notice dated 06.05.2026 (Annexure P-13) up
