Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only apprehension of the petitioner is that without finalizing the voter list/reservation of the ward for conducting elections, there is likelihood of declaration of the elections to the Municipal Council, Nabha, which will cause prejudice to the interests of the petitioner. 2. It may be noticed that the writ petitions are not to be entertained arising from mere apprehensions, conjectures or speculative fears in the absence of any actual infringement of a legal or fundamental right.
