The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari, for quashing the respective promotions list along with order dated 27.02.2022 (Annexure P-7), whereby the persons junior to the petitioners have been promoted by the respondent-department, from Central Head Teacher to the post of BPEO, which is against law. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to promote the petitioners to the post of BPEO and issue fresh seniority list. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars by giving the service particulars of the petitioners as well as private respondents along with their seniority positions. 3.
