Learned Court of First Instance vide judgment and decree dated 26.07.2023 had dismissed the suit of respondents-plaintiffs on sole ground that suit is bad for mis-joinder and non-joinder of necessary party as Gram Panchayat, Village Noorpur Hakiman being a necessary party was not made party to the suit. 3.
