The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) seeking the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.82 dated 13.04.2024, registered under Sections 115(2), 117, 110 and 3(5) BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 323, 325, 308, 34 IPC) and Section 238 BNS (201 IPC) added later on at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with co- accused attacked the complainant and caused multiple injuries with deadly weapons.
