Petitioners are seeking quashing of order dated 23.03.2026 as passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sirsa in case arising out of FIR No.357, dated 10.11.2015, registered under Sections 307 and 34 IPC (offences under Sections 195, 353, 186, 182, 211, 120-B IPC were added lateron) and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa, whereby bail of the petitioners had been cancelled and bail bonds/surety bonds were forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants were ordered to be issued against them. 2.
