Present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.258 dated 27.12.2025, under Section 20(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda. 2. Succinctly the facts of the case are that the Police party while on patrolling on 27.12.2025, when reached near Hotel Grade Spire, saw a woman at a short distance who was searching something in a white transparent polythene envelope, which she was holding in her hand. On suspicion, she was apprehended by the police party and on asking, she disclosed her name to be Balwinder Kaur @ Makhni(petitioner herein).
