It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.26 dated 13.02.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, hereinafter being referred to as ‘NDPS Act’, Police Station Samana, District Patiala. 2.
