Learned counsel further seeks an accommodation to file the Vakalatnama as well as to take necessary steps for impleading the legal representatives of the deceased-petitioner. Memorandum of Appearance filed by Mr. Yogesh Kumar, Advocate, is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. At his request, adjourned to 24.02.2026.
