The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.332 dated 28.12.2025, registered under Section 21(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Canal Colony, District Bathinda. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with three co-accused(s) was apprehended by the police and the recovery of 12 grams of heroin (non-commercial quantity) was allegedly effected from them. 3.
