(Oral) Petitioner-Balvir Singh alias Balbir Singh alias Karan, aged 24 years, has filed the present petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.37 dated 06.03.2023 under Sections 307, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 120-B IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act added later on), registered at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana. 2.
