Present petition has been filed seeking investigation in FIR No.171 dated 14.11.2025 under Section 115(2), 299, 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, from senior officers by constituting the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of higher officers of other districts. 2. Learned State counsel, at the outset, has submitted that offence under Section 299 of BNS (295-A IPC) is deleted and the investigation is at the final stage. He submits that the same would be concluded within a period of 01 month. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the investigating agencies to complete the investigation and conclude the same within a period of 01 month, as undertaken before this Court.
