(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking quashing of order dated 12.05.2026 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh in Criminal Appeal No.326 of 2026 titled as “Balram Vs. Kotak Mahindra Bank” vide which the application of the petitioner for seeking waiver/exemption of pre-deposit of 20% of the compensation amount awarded had been dismissed, arising out of judgment dated 27.02.2026 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandigarh in Complaint Case No.NACT-6123 of 2020 titled as “Kotak Mahindra Bank Vs. Balram” filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. 2. After arguing the matter at some length and on being confronted with the findings of fact which are recorded by the Trial Court, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition. 3. In view of the above, th
