The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.399, dated 29.11.2025 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 471 of IPC (R/W 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340 of BNS), at Police Station Cyber Crime, N.I.T, Haryana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the FIR was initially registered against unknown persons and there was no averment in the FIR, which even remotely connected him with the commission of crime.
