The appellant has preferred the present appeal seeking enhancement of compensation awarded vide judgment dated 03.01.2003 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sonepat. 2. The record reveals that the appellant sustained injuries in a motor vehicular accident, which occurred on 18.02.2001. A claim petition under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 was filed seeking compensation from the driver and owner of the offending crane. The learned Tribunal, upon appreciation of the evidence, returned a categorical finding that the accident had occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the offending vehicle by respondent No.1, owned by respondent No.2. The said finding has attained finality. 3. After examining the medical and documentary ev
