(Oral) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the order dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3, vide which the ration depot licence granted to the petitioner was suspended after issuance of show cause notice dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned State counsel submits that the order of suspension dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-3) has been revoked vide order dated 04.05.2026 passed by respondent No.3 and as a consequence of this, ration depot licence granted to the petitioner has been restored subject to decision of the inquiry which is pending.
