The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 362, dated 17.11.2025, under Sections 18(b) and 15(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Uchana, District Jind. 2. This Court vide order dated 29.04.2026, while granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 29.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4. Learned State counsel, submits that he does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. 5. In view of the above, the order dated 29.04.2026 are made absolute. 6. Accordingly, the present petition
